Having been in the and fitness industry for a while and as regular protein powder consumers, we realized there is a space on the market for good-tasting, protein powders that suited our taste (ahem, boba protein powder).

As folks of Taiwanese-background, we'd visit Taiwan occasionally and within a trip there, we were certain that we had discovered the best-tasting protein powder ever...it was milk tea flavored - and it actually tasted like genuine!

Excited (and mind-blown), we brought some samples back for our friends to use and the milk tea protein powders were a sudden hit. That's whenever we knew we had something going.

Fast forward a few years and here we are, officially bringing not just one, but 10+ unique, Asian-inspired boba tea protein flavors into North America. As you may (or might not?) know, boba milk tea originated in Taiwan. So, we are confident that we will be bringing the most authentic tastes to you.

We strive to provide the best products and service to all or any you boba addicts and fitness enthusiasts on the market, and hopefully that you can be an integral part of our journey to create more health and goodness to the planet!

Protein intake will change depending on many factors, such as for instance your age, body size, gender, lifestyle, body composition goals, and various physiological states.

Generally speaking though, 0.8-1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is a great place to start. As an example, a 150 pound individual can aim to consume 120-150 grams of protein a day. If you do the calculation, you'll probably note that many the population is under-consuming protein for optimal health. Specifically for those in a fat reduction state, it's probably beneficial to consume more than 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight to preserve muscle mass and prevent metabolism from slowing down too much.

Each scoop of our protein is about 20-30 grams of protein. Now, we're not saying that you should be consuming multiple bottles of protein shakes per day (you could in the event that you wanted to), but protein supplementas the name implies, works to supplement your normal intake of food. So, those finding difficulty to take enough protein daily should definitely considering trying our boba protein powders!
